Rick Tallant is the Senior/Of Counsel attorney at Lunn Law LLC. Rick has been practicing family law in Atlanta since 1980. He is highly experienced in handling cases like divorces, modifications, paternity suits, and legitimations. He also possesses extensive experience in dealing with Georgia’s probate courts and estate planning.
Rick is a Georgia native who has attended the University of Georgia and Vanderbilt Law School in Nashville. His background in real estate, business transactions, corporate, and tax law is extensive. Rick finds the most fulfilling part of his job to be helping people navigate the legal system to resolve family issues and problems.
Furthermore, he is married and has six children, some of whom are UGA and Ga. Tech graduates. In his spare time, he enjoys Georgia football, hiking, gardening, cooking, and consuming barbeque of all types. His favorite dog is a Scottie, and his favorite children are those who have grown up and obtained employment.
